Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shop7 (shop7.in) provides a digital software service. We do not ship any physical goods.

Delivery of your plan

• Online payment: your plan is activated automatically once the payment is confirmed, normally within a few minutes.
• UPI / WhatsApp payment: your plan is activated after we confirm the payment, usually within 24 hours (it can take longer outside working hours).
• You receive access by logging in at shop7.in/admin with your mobile number and password. Nothing is sent by post.

If your plan is not activated

Contact us with your registered mobile number and payment reference. If we cannot activate it, you get a refund as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Products sold by shops

Physical products or services bought from a shop on our platform are shipped or delivered by that shop owner, under that shop’s own shipping and delivery policy shown on its shop page. We do not handle shipping for shops.
