These terms govern your use of shop7.in (“Shop7”, “the service”). By creating a shop or using the service you agree to them.

1. The service

Shop7 is a software platform that lets a shop owner publish an online catalogue and receive orders by WhatsApp, UPI or online payment. We provide the tools only. We are not the seller of any product or service listed by a shop and are not a party to any sale between a shop and its customer.

2. Eligibility and account

You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract. Provide true information and use only a mobile number you own. We may verify it by OTP. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. We may refuse or remove accounts that give false details or use another person’s number.

3. Plans and fees

Free and paid plans are described on our website. Paid plans are paid in advance for the chosen period. Prices, limits and features may change for future periods. Taxes (such as GST), if applicable, are extra unless stated. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Shop owner responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for your products, prices, descriptions, images, stock, delivery, refunds, taxes and compliance with Indian law (including consumer-protection and e-commerce rules).
• You must publish your own shipping, return and terms pages for your customers.
• You must not sell illegal, counterfeit, hazardous or restricted goods, adult content, or anything that infringes others’ rights, and must not use the service for fraud, spam or abuse.
• You own your content and give us permission to host and display it to run the service.

5. Payments

Online payments are processed by third-party payment gateways. Where a shop connects its own gateway account, customer payments go directly to that shop’s account; we do not hold those funds. We are not responsible for gateway outages, delays or errors, which are governed by the gateway’s terms.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end a shop that breaks these terms, is reported for fraud, or has an expired plan. You may stop using the service at any time. After termination your data may be deleted after a reasonable period.

7. Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is”. We try to keep it running but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost sales, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the last 3 months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the latest version is on this page. Continued use means you accept them.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at our registered city, India, have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer law.
